WEEKEND RETREATS IN SPAIN

A weekend to slow down

This is your time to step away from everything.

To breathe, to rest without guilt, and to enjoy a weekend where you do not have to rush or take care of anyone else.

23–25 April 2027

Between Alicante & Valencia, Spain

When was the last time you truly slowed down?

Perhaps life looks good from the outside, but inside you feel tired from always having to keep going.

You may not need another holiday filled with plans. You may simply need a peaceful place, a slower rhythm and time to notice how you are really feeling.

You do not have to wait until you are exhausted or burned out. Sometimes, taking a pause is how you prevent reaching that point.

Slow mornings.
Time outdoors.
Nourishing food.
Quiet moments.
Meaningful conversation.

Space to simply be.

What the weekend will include

The weekend will have enough structure to support you, with plenty of space simply to rest and enjoy being there.

Guided mindfulness and stress-reduction practices

Gentle body awareness and movement

Personal reflection

Time outdoors and in nature

Nourishing meals and unhurried conversations

Space to walk, read, rest or be on your own

Simple practices to take home with you

Everything is an invitation.

There is nothing you have to achieve during this time. No previous mindfulness experience is required.

A small and personal group

The group will be intentionally small, creating a warm atmosphere where you can feel safe and personally supported.

There will be time to connect with others who understand what it is like to carry a lot—but also enough privacy and quiet time just for you.

Time to connect.
Space to be on your own.

Your retreat host

Baiba Krumina

Gestalt Therapist & Qualified MBSR Teacher

Mindfulness has been part of my own life since 2012. Over the years, I have taken part in several 5–7 day silent mindfulness and Vipassana retreats in England, France, Italy and Spain.

When I guide a group, I want everyone to feel welcome, comfortable and free to be themselves. My approach is warm, gentle and without pressure. There is no expectation to share more than you wish or take part in every activity.

My hope is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply enjoy being there.
