MINDFULNESS AT WORK PROGRAMMES

Practical support before stress becomes burnout

Mindfulness and stress-management training to help employees navigate pressure, recognize stress earlier, pause, reset and respond with greater clarity

Why this matters

Burnout rarely happens overnight. It develops when workplace stress continues without enough recovery, support or effective ways of managing it.

The World Health Organization recognises burnout as an occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.

A seminar cannot fix an unhealthy workload or workplace culture.
It can, however, give people practical skills to manage pressure and respond before stress becomes burnout.

Why work with me

I know corporate pressure from the inside. Before becoming a mindfulness trainer and Gestalt Therapist, I spent more than ten years working in banking and insurance. I understand deadlines, targets and the pressure to keep performing.

Today, I combine that experience with my training as a Qualified MBSR Teacher, certified MMI Mindfulness at Work Trainer and Gestalt Therapist.

I have delivered seminars for financial institutions, professional-services firms such as KPMG, and start-ups. I have also spoken at TEDx Bjelovar, LOGIN, HR Week Latvia and EBIT.

This combination helps me make stress management practical and relevant to real working life—not simply something people hear in a seminar and quickly forget.

Ways to work together

90-MINUTE SEMIAR

Stress Management and Burnout Prevention Seminar

Participants learn how stress affects the mind and body, how to recognize early warning signs and how to use short practices during a busy working day.

Available online or in person by arrangement.

ONGOING ONLINE SESSIONS

Weekly Online Mindfulness Sessions

This is a format companies often request. Employees can join a live online session each week to pause, practise mindfulness and reset during the working day.

The regular rhythm helps mindfulness become a practical habit rather than something experienced only once in a seminar.

EIGHT-MODULE PROGRAMME

MMI Mindful Training Programme

An eight-module workplace mindfulness programme developed by MMI Mindful, powered by the McLean Meditation Institute.

The programme combines practical teaching, mindfulness exercises and group discussion. It can be delivered online or in person and adapted to your organisation’s needs and culture.

THE EIGHT MODULES:

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Full programme
Eight sessions of 60–90 minutes delivered over several weeks

Half-day training
A condensed programme focused on your organisation’s most relevant topics

Full-day training
A deeper, more experiential programme for teams or leaders

Tailored modules
Selected topics incorporated into an existing leadership or employee-wellbeing programme

ONE-DAY RETREAT

One-Day Mindfulness Retreat

A day away from the usual pace of work for leadership teams or departments experiencing sustained pressure.

The day combines guided mindfulness practices, reflection and practical ways to bring greater clarity, resilience and connection back into the workplace.

Every organization is different. I adapt the content, examples and practices to your people, industry and current challenges.

All sessions are live, practical and suitable for people with no previous mindfulness experience.

They leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of stress and burnout

  • Practical ways to pause and reset

  • Tools for managing attention and mental overload

  • Simple practices they can begin using immediately
