INDIVIDUAL TERAPY
When stress has been too much for far too long
Online therapy for professionals and expats who carry a lot but feel they cannot continue at the same pace.
Is this for me?
You may recognise yourself in some of these experiences:
From the outside, you still look capable and in control, but inside you know you are at the point of exhaustion.
01
Your mind keeps working after the day has ended, making it difficult to switch off, rest or sleep.
02
Stress is beginning to show up in your body through tension, exhaustion or a racing heart.
03
You are recovering from burnout and need support to keep the balance.
04
You are there for everyone else, but feel alone and asking for help feels like a weakness.
05
Saying no or setting boundaries feels difficult.
06
Imposter syndrome - even when you are doing well, you doubt yourself or feel that you are not good enough.
07
You have moved to a new country and feel lonely or lost.
08
You know something needs to change, but you do not yet know what to do differently.
09
Persistent low level of dissatisfaction - something feels missing in your life, even though everything seems fine on the outside.

If you recognise something of yourself here and are curious about my work, please know that you are not alone.
None of us goes through life alone—we all need support at some point.
There is nothing wrong with how you feel, and asking for support does not take away from the strength it has taken to hold everything together. I want to take the shame and embarrassment out of asking for help.

How I work
I use both Gestalt therapy and mindfulness, but for me, the most important part of therapy is the connection between us.
I want you to feel safe, seen and accepted as you are.
We take it slowly, one step at a time. I am with you in this.
I meet you where you are and we take it from there.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to what is happening right now, with openness and without judgement.
It has been part of my own life since I discovered it in 2012, and it is also part of how I work. I find that being present—here and now—can help us notice what we might otherwise overlook in the rush of everyday life.
Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is a present-focused approach that helps you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, body and patterns.
Rather than focusing only on why something happened, we also explore how it affects you in the present. Together, we can begin to notice familiar reactions and ways of relating, creating space for more conscious choices.

What sessions are like?
Our first conversation
First, we meet for a free 20-minute call. The introductory session is focused on understanding your needs and goals. You'll also have a chance to ask questions about how I work. It gives us both a chance to see whether working together feels right.
Ongoing sessions
Our sessions are a combination of conversation, reflection and practical experience. I may invite you to pause and notice what is happening in your body, stay with a feeling, try a mindfulness exercise or experiment with doing something differently. It is always an invitation—you can say no.
What happens between us can also act as a mirror for patterns that appear in other parts of your life. We notice them together, without judgement.
I am warm and non-judgemental, and I often notice that there is space for humor in our sessions too.
